With over 15 years of architecture and building experience, Bernardo offers a single centralized point of contact for all stages of design and construction from conception to delivery.
In 2013, Velha Design-Build, Inc. rebranded under the new name of DrawBuild.com, while still retaining the same company and team. Velha, Inc. remains the parent company of DrawBuild.com.
We are eager to provide clients with smart eco-friendly options that offer long-term benefits such as lower energy and water bills; a warmer house and office in winter; a cooler house and office in summer; increased resource efficiency; and above all, a healthier living space. When most other builders undertake a project - whether it's new construction or remodeling - the chain of communication is lengthy and prone to misunderstandings, costly errors or repetition.
The process is often similar to this: The client meets with a sales consultant; who relays the information to an architect; who talks with a general contractor; who works with an estimator; who gets back to the sales consultant; who meets again with the client; and the client asks for changes based upon the information provided. Then the process starts all over again...
