Best I've worked with in YEARS. DrawBuild, Inc. not only brought in a professional team that really knew their business but they were able to work around our crazy schedule. Within a two week time frame, they changed our entire office look from the 80's to well into the twenty first century. I can't say enough for Bernardo and his team. They worked days, nights, weekends, whenever we needed them. They replaced carpets, painted --- lots of painting, and remodeled all 11 of our restrooms. Our employees are very pleased. Our customers and visitors are impressed with the immediate change. We would definitely use and recommend DrawBuild.com, Inc. for any future projects.

Passion, Honesty, Knowledge and Responsiveness

I will start by saying that we would highly recommend DrawBuild.com. We had a ranch that was built in 1969. DrawBuild.com designed and renovated the house in 2012. They built a top floor and changed the exterior look. We were hesitant to do a project like this given the age of the house. We had to put our trust in someone who had solid architecture experience as well as construction experience. We talked to quite a few companies prior to meeting and engaging DrawBuild.com. In addition to providing both architecture and construction, what set DrawBuild apart from others was the passion for the job, honesty, knowledge and responsiveness. They kept up to the first impressions and expectations and delivered quality workmanship on time and within budget. The entire team had great work ethic.

We have had countless compliments on the house. The best being that the house looks like it was always a two story. I will absolutely engage DrawBuild.com again for future renovations. Putting our house renovation in their hands was a great decision!

Inspired Design Captured my Desire

Bernardo, at DrawBuild, was recommended to me for a residential renovation that I was negotiating on a home purchase. Bernardo's creativity, knowledge, insight, and innovation proved invaluable through property changes, design modifications and time constraints. In the end, Bernardo's inspired design captured my desire to maintain the feel of a 1940's style home, while beautifully incorporating a new master suite, home office, and a fully-functional handicap-accessible quarters for my mother.
